American Riding Instructors' Association is a national instructor certifying agency. It uses rigorous testing and video review to certify instructors at progressive levels of standard in many different disciplines. It has a directory of certified instructors listed by location and level of certification. It is also a good networking, information, and continuing education source for riding instructors
Valleyview Ranch Girl's Camp is a great summer equestrian camp in northwest Georgia on Lookout Mountain. Mary will be a lead intructor for the English program there for the first two 2-week sessions. Check them out and make plans to send your daughter there this summer....it is a great program!
National Speleological Society is a science and recreation-based organization dedicated to study, explore, and conserve cave and karst resources; protect access to caves; encourage responsible management of caves and their unique environments; and promote responsible caving.
